What is BioBlend?

BioBlend is a versatile microbial treatment designed specifically for wastewater systems plagued by recurring grease and organic buildup. This formula combines 22 naturally occurring microbes that work in harmony to digest organic compounds before they can accumulate and clog infrastructure.

Unlike harsh chemical treatments that only push problems downstream, BioBlend breaks down waste at the source, helping operators maintain a cleaner, more efficient system with fewer backups, overflows, or odor complaints.

Whether you’re dealing with surging wet well volumes or grease blankets in sewer lines, BioBlend is a reliable, scalable solution that’s easy to dose and environmentally safe.

  • Targets fats, oils, greases, and organic waste to reduce clogs, sludge, and foul odors in wastewater systems.

  • Improves flow in lift stations, sewer lines, and wet wells for more reliable municipal and industrial wastewater performance.

  • Reduces maintenance and pumping costs over time by creating a self-sustaining microbial cleaning cycle.

What is BioBlend?

How BioBlend Works

The microorganisms in BioBlend metabolize F.O.G. and other organic materials by producing enzymes that cleave complex molecules into smaller, digestible compounds. These are then consumed by the microbial community, ultimately converting them into carbon dioxide, water, and biomass.

Because these microbes remain active and self-replicate, each treatment sets off a self-sustaining cycle of waste breakdown. This reduces the need for frequent pumping, jetting, or chemical dosing—cutting both cost and labor demands.

The blend’s natural adaptability allows it to remain effective even in fluctuating environmental conditions, including variable flow rates, temperature swings, and oxygen availability. That makes BioBlend a consistent performer, even in unpredictable field conditions.
